Adding another feather to its cap and joining the race to develop reusable spacecraft, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched its first reusable satellite launch vehicle on May23 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. As the name suggests, this launch vehicle can be reused for launching satelites into space.

   Reusable Launch Vehicle-Technology Demonstration Program or RLV-TD is a series of technology demonstration missions that have been considered as a first step towards realizing a Two Stage To Orbit (TSTO) fully re-usable vehicle.

• The 6.5 meter-long scale model of the re-usable launch vehicle weigh is as much as an average Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) 1.75 tones and 1 meter in diameter.
• The RLV-TV is mounted  on top of a solid booster HS9.
• This launched space shuttle has delta wings which landed on a virtual runway in the Bay of Bengal, at a distance 450 KM from the launch base approximately.
• The space shuttle sustained extreme temperatures with the help of Thermal Protection System (TPS). Here is the best part of the experiment, the total flight duration (Launching + Landing) just took 770 seconds.

COST

Since the inception of the project, the Indian government has spent 95 crores in the making of this shuttle.

For economical good health of a country it needs an efficient banking system.

Now a project can fail due to two reasons---

• Primarily, despite of entrepreneur's cordiality due to commercial causes a project wastes.
• Or the entrepreneur can side up the loan amount elsewhere and inadequately fails the project.

Such kind of inadequately unrecovered loan creators should be cracked down. In most cases, these people are not recognisable. They weaken their project, industry  as well as banks and the whole economic system, but develops their own financial condition.

In both government and private banks the amount of bad loans increasing in a cursorial rate. At present, survey shows 5% of the total loans of all banks are bad loans. 

 In India, quick realisation of loans is impossible due to slothful judicial provision. If any corporate company fails to repay the loans, its directors cannot be dismissed also, due to lack of proper laws. At this situation, government is going to reform the bankrupt act to settle down this difficulty.

Another big issue is that if the amount of unrecovered loan is large bank should have large amount of capital also. Now government is responsible to capitalise the government banks. According to Bussel-3 standards, within 2019 Indian national banks require a total amount (nearly about) of 3,70,000crore rupees. But in persuance of INDRADHANUSH scheme government has commited to grant 75,000 rupees and made allowance of rupees 25,000 crores only. That's why recovery of  bad loan is extremely important. Otherwise, devaluation of economy will be hard to avoid.

A one room small hut covered by an asbestos sheet, on the edge of Vattiloppady cannel in Perumbavoor, Kerala. With her mother 28-year old dalit woman used to live there.  She dreamt to become a lawyer, wanted to take up all the responsibilities of her family. But she could not.

This young woman, of Kerala's Kuruppampady village, on 28th April raped brutally and thereafter killed. Even after her death, the rapists (till unknown) continued tormenting her body which shows nothing but the limit of distorted and deformed mentality some people can have.

This shameful incident is a dark  patch on culturally wealth Kerala. This state was supposed to be one of most safe places for women in India. But this few rapists have proved that criminals are only criminals, who not only dishonour womenkind, but also outfames their own motherland. 

By all means if we start blaming these criminals, then a part of that comes to our society also. These dreadful incident once again draws our attention towords the cruel outlook of  so called "upper class" people to the Dalits.  

When, Rajeswari, the mother found her daughter's bloodstained  body, she started screaming and crying for help. Alas no body came. But the neighbours were kind enough to inform the police, who came after 2 hours and without taking any kind of forensic sample they departed. Now two weaks have passed on, none of the sinners have arrested yet. 

While in the election-season in Kerala, opponent parties are accusing the Congress-led government for the failure in finding the guilties, CM Oomen Chandy, on defending his side assures to find the culprits. 

The post-mortem report says, the victim sustained 38 injuries, there were 20 cuts in her genitals. Her intestine was braught out by attacking her genitals with sharp iron rod. She also carried wounds on her chest, chin, cheeks and neck.

Now Vidroh Mantralay wants know 

• How long dirty politicization of these type of heart wrenching incidents will be continued?
• Only few rupees and a govt job are good enough to compensate this much cruelty?
• Even after all these agonize episode, would people of Kuruppampady village as well as India be able to change their minds about Dalits?

And finally, readers please think about it, whatever the compensation the government allows to the family can recover Rajeshwari from her sorrow of loosing her daughter? Whatever punishment the criminals would get, will it be enough for the level of crime they have committed? And what about uselessness of police and administration? Who will punish them? The most important thing is that, after all these can some men stop thinking women as objects, can they realize women are also living human being, not toys ?
